.

We have all been touched by someone who has/had breast cancer.  Together, we can say NO MORE, and put an end to this disease by walking together to raise awareness, create more research opportunities, and to show our support!  On October 25, 2008 we can unite together to turn a quick walk into a lifetime of hope for others. Hope starts with us.

How to Get Involved:

The “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” is a noncompetitive walk to help fight breast cancer and provide hope to people facing the disease. Your participation will support the American Cancer Society's lifesaving research, prevention, early detection, and support programs for thousands of patients and their families.  We recommend a donation of $20 –this can go a great distance. Please make your checks payable to the American Cancer Society and mail to the AAWSG to the address listed below by October 20th.

Want more information about this walk? Then link over to  www.cancer.org

Come out and Cheer on with the rest of the AAWSG participants at Atlantic Station. We will be spotted in the crowd wearing our pink shirts and our AAWSG logo in hand.

We can’t wait to see you there!
